Tenders Are Invited For The Service Of Conducting Theoretical And Practical Training As Well As Theoretical And Practical Exams For Glider Pilots In Order To Obtain The Tpr 2(S) Or Tpr 3(S) License
The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Conducting Theoretical And Practical Training As Well As Theoretical And Practical Exams For Glider Pilots In Order To Obtain The Tpr 2(S) Or Tpr 3(S) Qualification. The Total Number Of Training Hours For All Candidates May Not Exceed 585. The Contractor Shall Carry Out The Training In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of 26 Sec. 3 In Connection From 28 Section 1 Point 1 Letter D And Section 2 Point 2 And Section 5 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy Of September 2, 2013 On The Licensing Of Air Personnel (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1713) And Based On Approved Training Programs Appropriate To The Type And Scope Of The Training Conducted. Theoretical Training , Referred To In Section 1, In The Dimension Determined In The Training Programs Approved By The President Of The Civil Aviation Office, The Contractor Shall Carry Out In A Stationary Form, On Working Days, With The Exception Of Public Holidays Referred To In The Act Of January 18, 1951 On Non-Working Days (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1920), Within The Time Limit Set Via E-Mail, With The Persons Referred To In 8 Sec. 2 Point 1, With The Maximum Number Of Training Hours Per Day Amounting To 8. Practical Training In A Total Of 7 Hours Of Flight Tests For Each Candidate In Places Indicated By The Contractor And On Dates Agreed Each Time With The Candidate. The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Detail In This Tor And In The Attachments To The Swz, And In Particular In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz) Constituting Appendix No. 2 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Appendix No. 6 To The Swz.
