Bridge Rescue Training The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT or DOT), through its Purchasing Unit (Purchasing), requests bids to establish a contract for the purchase of bridge crew Snooper Truck Emergency Self Rescue Training. This request for bid is for self-rescue training for the crews of "snooper" truck bridge inspectors to learn how to rescue themselves in the event that the truck tips over or the hydraulics fail and the boom collapses preventing the inspectors from easily extracting themselves from their suspended work platform.
