The Intergovernmental Authority On Development (Igad) Has Received Funding From The African Development Bank Group Toward The Financing Of The Multinational: The Entrepreneurship And Innovation Development For Fragility Reduction (Eifr) Project And Intends To Apply Part Of The Agreed Amount For This Grant To Eligible Payments Under The Contract For Recruitment Of (1) Project Coordinator And (1) Procurement Assistant For The Project Implementing Unit (Piu). The Role Of The Project Coordinator Is To Lead Project Planning, Implementation And Reporting As Well As Provide Technical Expertise Of Entrepreneurship, Innovation And Skilled Development. Specific Services Include Under This Project Are To Provide The Service Of Planning And Ensuring The Effective Implementation Of The Day-To-Day Project Activities On The Ground. The Project Coordinator Will Report Directly To The Intergovernmental Authority On Development (Igad) Center For Pastoral Areas And Livestock Development (Icpald) In Nairobi, Kenya. Key Delivers Include Effective Project Management, Capacity Building, Tendering And Contract Management, Reporting On Progress, And Project Budget Oversight And Control.
