The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Employer Of Sanitary Transport Services In The Scope Of: 1) Transport Of Hospitalized Patients To Other Treatment Facilities Or Diagnostic Centres; 2) Transport Of Patients Home After Hospitalization; 3) Transport Of Patients From Home To The Indicated Hospital In Accordance With With An Order To Transport A Patient Issued By A Doctor Of Night And Holiday Health Care In Situations Justifying Medical Transport Of A Patient; 4) Transport Of Material For Diagnostic Tests, Blood And Blood Products. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Specified In Appendix No. 3 To The Tor (Draft Contract).
