As Part Of The Task, Two Apartments Will Be Renovated. 1) Apartment No. 1 Creating A Network Of Sheltered Apartments - Pniewy, Ul. Dworcowa 41/3.” The Planned Renovation Includes Construction Works Aimed At Adapting The Apartment To The Needs Of People With Disabilities. As Part Of The Task, In Accordance With The Task Documentation, The Following Actions Should Be Performed: A) Dismantling The Existing Partition Walls, Wall And Floor Linings; Disassembly Of Wooden Floors, B) Disassembly Of The Bathtub Mixer, Sink Mixer, Kitchen Sink, Toilet Seat, Steel Gas Heater; C) Demolition Of The Tiled Stove; D) Enlargement Of The Door Opening - Entrance To The Apartment Along With The Replacement Of The Interior Door; E) Construction Of A Partition Wall Separating The Bathroom; F) Renovation Of The Bathroom - Replacement Of Water And Sewage Systems, Replacement Of Doors, Execution Of A Linear Drain, Installation Of Bathroom Fittings, Installation Of Handrails For The Disabled With A Seat; Wall And Floor Linings; G) Execution Of Floor Layers Along With The Laying Of Pvc Linings; H) Fumigation Of Walls And Injections; Together With The Installation Of Electric Heating Panels; J) Filling, Painting; K) Laying The Pvc Floor Covering In The Room And The Room With A Kitchenette; L) Ventilation; M) Removal And Disposal Of Demolition Materials. Wolności 14/3”: A) Demolition Of The Existing Partition Walls, Wall And Floor Linings, Floor Layers, B) Disassembly Of The Sink Faucet, Kitchen Sink, Toilet Seat; C) Change Of The Functional Layout Of The Premises; D) Construction Of An Accessible Bathroom - Replacement Of Water And Sewage Systems , Replacement Of Doors, Execution Of A Linear Drain, Installation Of Bathroom Fittings, Installation Of Handrails For The Disabled With A Seat; Wall And Floor Linings; E) Replacement Of Door Woodwork; F) Enlargement Of The Door Opening - Entrance To The Apartment Along With Replacement Of The Staircase Door; G) Replacement Of The Electrical System; H) Filling, Painting; J) Ventilation; K) Removal And Disposal Of Demolition Materials. In The Event Of Discrepancies In Measurements, The Records Of The Documentation / Sketches Are Decisive. The Scope Also Includes: 1) Valuation Of Each Residential Unit Separately, 2) Preparation Of Acceptance Documentation In Accordance With § 7 Section 9 Point 3 Of The Contract. Before Submitting The Offer, The Potential Contractor Should Visit The Site In Order To Familiarize Himself With The Circumstances Affecting The Offer. The Facilities Covered By The Procedure Are Publicly Available. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Contract Are Included In The Technical Documentation - Appendix 5 To The Swz. By Submitting An Offer, The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Contract Described In The Documentation. All Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract (Construction And Executive Design, Bill Of Quantities) Should Be Treated As Mutually Complementary And Explanatory In The Sense That In The Event Of Any Ambiguity Or Ambiguity, The Contractor May Not Limit Either The Scope Of His Obligation Or The Scope Of Due Diligence In Performing His Obligations Arising From The Public Procurement Contract And Any Requirement Contained In One Of These Documents Is As Binding As If It Appeared In All Documents. Equivalent Solutions Should Be Understood As Solutions Characterized By Parameters Not Worse Than Required. If The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions, But Does Not Specify The Minimum Parameters That Would Confirm This Equivalence - The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer Products That Have At Least The Same Or Better Standards And Technical Parameters; Qualitative, Functional, Thematically Identical And For The Same Purpose, And Will Not Lower The Standards Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. In The Case Of Using Equivalent Replacement Materials Or Devices, Their List Together With Technical Parameters Should Be Attached To The Offer.1. General Requirements: 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Art, Applicable Regulations And Standards, And In Compliance With Health And Safety Regulations, With The Maximum Limitation Of The Nuisance Of Carrying Out Works Carried Out At The Contracting Authoritys Premises. The Contractor Also Guarantees The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Under The Supervision Of Persons With The Required Professional Preparation To Perform Independent Technical Functions In The Construction Industry. For A Safety Mark, Declarations Of Conformity Or Certificates Of Compliance With The Polish Standard. 3) The Contractor Shall Secure The Construction Site, Having Regard In Particular To The Employers And His Own Property, In Particular The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure Devices, Equipment And Materials At His Own Expense. 4) The Contractor During The Execution Of The Works Is Responsible For The Safety Of Its Employees And Other Persons Within The Area Of ​​The Transferred Construction Site For The Works Carried Out. For The Materials Used, Documentation Regarding The Construction Works Performed.6) For The Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Must Have A Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of The Business Conducted In The Amount Of At Least Twice The Gross Offer Price. Proof Of Payment Of The Premium Due. For Damage/Destruction. In The Event Of Any Damage Caused By The Fault Of The Contractor, He Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party And Repair The Damage At His Own Expense And On His Own Responsibility Before The Date Of Final Acceptance, If It Is Feasible Within This Period. 8) After The Completion Of The Works, But Before The Final Acceptance By The Employer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Area Of ​​The Works.
