The Order Concerns A Project Co-Financed From The State Budget, As Part Of The Tender Competition Conducted By The Minister Of National Defense Entitled: Shooting Range In The District 2023 No. 1/2023 / Cwcr, Conducted Pursuant To Art. 42 Sec. 2 Point 5C Of The Act Of November 13, 2003 On The Income Of Local Government Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1672, As Amended) And 3 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Defense Of July 6, 2018 On Co-Financing From The State Budget For Tasks Related To The Construction, Renovation And Maintenance Of Shooting Ranges And The Development Of Shooting Sports (Journal Of Laws, Item 1335).4.2. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Create A Virtual Shooting Range With Shooting Equipment, Enabling Organized Shooting Training. In Addition To The Delivery And Assembly Of The Complete Shooting Range, The Contractor Is Obliged To Train The Employees Indicated By The Employer In The Scope Of Comprehensive Service Of The Shooting Range.
