Quotation Are Invited For Provision Of Office Supplies For Mc Erbil & Mosul Office And Program Activities Purpose / Project Description: Mercy Corps Intends To Enter Into A Master Purchase Agreement With One Or More Suppliers For The Provision Of Office Supplies For Mc Erbil And Mosul Offices Over A Period Of Twentyfour (24) Months, With A Fixed Price. Timeframe / Schedule: 24 Months Vendor Management: The Vendor(S) Will Be Managed By The Operations Department At Mercy Corps. Collaboration: The Vendor(S) Will Work Closely With The Operations And Program Departments. Technical Specifications: Adequate Storage Space: The Vendor Must Provide Suitable Storage Facilities For All Items, Particularly Those Requiring Dry Or Refrigerated Storage. The Provided Items Should Not Be Expired, Or The Expiry Date Is Less Than 4 Months. Availability Of Service: The Vendor Should Be Available To Deliver The Requested Items To The Respective Departments Within 2-3 Business Days During Regular Working Hours (8:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M.). Free Delivery And Unloading: The Vendor Must Ensure Clear Packing, Unloading Service, And Free Delivery To The Requesting Department. Returns And Exchanges: The Vendor Should Have A Process In Place For Timely Handling Of Returns And Exchanges, Specifically For Items That Are Damaged Or Not In Good Condition.
