The Scope Of Works And Their Description Is Included In The Swz And Attachments To The Swz, I.E. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 3. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 95 Sec. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Act, The Ordering Party Informs That It Imposes Requirements Regarding Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Based On The Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities In The Field Of Contract Performance Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code. Details Regarding The Above-Mentioned Requirements, Including The Type Of Activities To Which The Requirements Apply, The Method Of Verification Of Employment And The Employers Control Rights, Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Are Attached To Swz.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Tenders Under The Contract In Question. In The Opinion Of The Ordering Party, The Lack Of Division Of The Contract Into Parts Does Not Limit The Possibility Of Participation Of Small And Medium Enterprises Contractors In Terms Of Quantity And Quality. 6.
