The Persons Mentioned In The First Sentence May Not Perform Any Activities On The Construction Site Without Being Employed Under An Employment Relationship With The Contractor, Subcontractors Of Works Or Services. This Requirement Does Not Apply To The Construction Manager, Suppliers Of Construction Materials, Surveyors, Persons Providing Equipment And Transport Services, Unless These Activities Constitute An Employment Relationship Under The Provisions Of The Labor Code (E.G.
