The Subject Of The Contract Is: Renovation Of A Dwelling To Ensure The Housing Needs Of A Family Of Polish Descent As Part Of Repatriation (Ul. Stary Rynek 8/4 In Zawiercie).1. Existing Condition: The Apartment Has Cracked Walls, Torn Electrical Sockets, Damaged And Corroded Water Supply And Sanitary Sewage Systems. The Floors Are Covered With Pvc Carpets On A Base Of Fibreboards And Wooden Boards. The Technical Condition Of The Floors Was Assessed As Bad And Replacement Was Planned. The Windows In The Apartment Are In Good Condition And Do Not Require Replacement. The Internal Concrete Windowsills Are Cracked. The Apartment Is Located In A Three-Storey Multi-Family Building, Partly With A Basement And A Flat Roof. The Designed Technical Data Of The Apartment: Usable Area: 64.80 M2 Cubic Capacity: 203.47 M3 Floor Height: 3.14 Mnumber Of Rooms (2 Rooms, Bathroom, Kitchen, Communication , Hall,).2. Design Condition: The Apartment Has A Bathroom With Full Sanitary Facilities, A Shower Cabin With A Paddling Pool, A Washbasin With A Cabinet, A Toilet. Two Living Rooms And A Kitchen Have Been Designed. The Kitchen Room Is Equipped With A Two-Chamber Sink With A Drip Plate And A Cabinet Under The Sink. The Layout Of The Rooms As Well As Their Function And Purpose Have Not Changed As A Result Of The Renovation. In Order To Reduce The Demand For Thermal Energy In The Premises, The Ceilings Have Been Lowered. Central Heating Has Been Designed In The Premises With The Use Of Domestic Hot Water For Preparation. With A 24 Kw Combi Gas Boiler And 7 Radiators. Demolition, Repair, Assembly And Renovation Works Will Be Carried Out In The Apartment. Thermal Insulation: - Thermal Insulation Of External Walls - In 2015, The Building Underwent A Comprehensive Thermal Modernization. Walls Insulated With 15 Cm Thick Polystyrene. - Windows - Replaced During The Modernization. Windows In Good Condition, Not Intended For Replacement. Anti-Moisture And Anti-Water Insulation: - Liquid Foil Sealant, Under The Terracotta Tiles In The Bathroom (Floor And Walls).4. Finishing The Rooms: Plasters: On The Walls And Ceilings, Chip Off Weak Old Plasters And Fill In The Missing Places With Cement-Lime Plaster. Cover The Entire Wall Surface With Plasterboards. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bills Of Quantities (As An Auxiliary Element For Price Calculation), Which Are Attached To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz).6. The Prepared Offer Must Be Consistent With The Subject Of The Contract, Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. In Addition, The Contractors Obligations Related To The Performance Of The Contract Are Also Defined In The Draft Contractual Provisions Attached To The Tor.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract For Not Less Than 3 Years From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works.8. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract Is 5 Years.9. Obligation Of Employment Under An Employment Contract: In Order To Perform The Duties Specified In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Requires That, As Part Of The Performance Of The Contract, Activities Directly Related To The Subject Of The Contract Included In The So-Called Direct Costs Resulting From The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz (I.E. Construction, Installation, Electrical, Finishing Works) Were Performed By Persons Employed Under An Employment Contract In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465, As Amended), Regardless Of Whether These Works Will Be Performed By The Contractor, Subcontractor Or Further Subcontractor (The So-Called Blue-Collar Workers). This Requirement Does Not Apply To The Following Persons: Construction Managers, Transport Services, Suppliers Of Building Materials, Equipment, Devices, Natural Persons Conducting Business Activity, Incumbent Members Of The Contractors Management Or Supervisory Bodies, Partners In A General Partnership Or Partnership To The Extent That They Will Personally Perform Works On For The Employer Or The Contractor. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Accessible To People With Disabilities. The Apartment Is Located In A Residential Building At Ul. Stary Rynek 8 In Zawiercie Will Be Adapted For Use By Disabled People, Including People In A Wheelchair. The Apartment Uses A Low-Threshold Door (Threshold 1 Cm) With A Width In The Clear Frame Of 0.9 M, Which Allows For Easy Passage By Electric And Manual Wheelchairs. Appropriate Width Of Communication Routes Will Provide Tenants With Safe And Smooth Movement Around The Premises. A Free, Wide Passage Will Not Restrict The Movements Of A Person With A Disability, It Will Allow For Safe Manipulation Of The Wheels Of The Wheelchair Without Fear Of Injury To The Hands Or Damage To The Walls. A Flat For People With Mobility Disabilities, Providing Free Movement Space. The Furniture Of The Apartment Allows Free Access To It, And All Electrical Equipment (Plug And Socket Outlets) Will Be Installed At A Lower Height.
