Prof. Andrzej Tymowski For Stillborn Children In The r dmie cie District, The Scope Of Which Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) - Appendix No. 1 And The Offer Form - Appendix No. 2 To Swz.2. Estimated Number Of Funeral Services During The Term Of The Contract - 90 As Part Of A One-Time Maintenance Of The Existing Grave.3. The Burial Place Of Stillborn Children Will Be The South Communal Cemetery In Antonin w, Piaseczno Commune.4. The Final Value Of The Subject Of The Order Will Result From The Actual Number Of Funerals Performed, According To The Prices Contained In The Offer Form, Constituting Appendix No. 2 To Swz.5. The Delivered Service Must Meet The Requirements Contained In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz).
