Additional Information Important From The Point Of View Of The Ordering Party: A) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Introduce Quantitative Changes To The Scope Of The Service. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Introduce Changes From Which Asbestos Products Must Be Removed, In Particularly Justified Cases, I.E. In Particular As A Consequence Of A Natural Disaster, Force Majeure, Which Resulted In The Need To Perform Works Related To The Removal Of Asbestos-Containing Products From A Given Property. From The Service By The Owner (Holder) Of The Real Estate, As Well As The Introduction Of Quantitative Changes Referred To Above, Does Not Give Rise To The Contractors Right To Demand Any Compensation Claims From The Ordering Party, Payment Of The Amount Due For The Service Not Performed. The Ordering Party And The Contractor Are Obliged To Inform Each Other About Quantitative Changes In The Scope Of The Service, I.E. In Particular In The Event Of The Need To Remove Asbestos Products From New Properties, In The Event Of Withdrawal From The Service By The Property Owner. The Total Amount Of Waste In Parts 1 And 2 May Change In The Event Of Resignation Or More Willing Residents, Subject To The Consent Of The Employer. In Particular, It Will Ensure That Work Is Carried Out By Employees Trained By An Authorized Institution In The Field Of Occupational Health And Safety When Securing And Removing Asbestos-Containing Products And Compliance With Procedures For Safe Conduct, Possession Of The Necessary Technical And Social Equipment To Ensure The Performance Of Work Specified In The Plan And Protection Of Employees And The Environment Against Exposure To C) Works Carried Out, Including The Disassembly And Transport Of Asbestos-Containing Products, Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Prevents The Emission Of Asbestos Into The Environment And Minimizes Dusting, D) The Contractor Shall Weigh The Amount Of Asbestos-Containing Products Collected From Each Property, In The Presence Of The Owner ( Of The Property). Asbestos Dust, In Compliance With The Relevant Technical And Sanitary Regulations. G) The Transport Of Asbestos-Containing Waste Should Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Regulations On Road Transport Of Dangerous Goods, In A Way That Prevents The Emission Of Asbestos Into The Environment.
