The Order Is Implemented In Accordance With The Project No. Poir.04.02.00-00-D008/20-00 Entitled National Laboratory Of 5G Networks And Services With The Environment Implemented Under Measure 4.2 Of The Smart Growth Operational Program 2014-2020, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Item And Price Form Constituting Appendix 2I To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes Delivery And Bringing To The Seat Of The Ordering Party: Gdańsk University Of Technology, Faculty Of Electronics, Telecommunications And It, Ul. Narutowicza 11/12, 80-233 Gdańsk, Building No. 41 Weti A, Room 116.4. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Without Previous Operation, Technically Efficient, Free From Legal And Physical Defects And May Not Be The Subject Of Third Party Rights.5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Guarantee For The Offered Subject Of The Order For At Least: 12 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Report By Both Parties Without Any Remarks.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Appendix No. 5 To The Swz. Description Of The Subject Of The Order.7. Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Tor And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Appendix 4 To The Tor.
