Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Services Consisting In Providing Access To Sports And Recreation Facilities For Court Employees

A) The Subject Of The Contract Is To Provide Employees Of The District Court In Szczecin, The District Court In Szczecin-Centrum In Szczecin And The District Court In Szczecin - Prawobrze e I Zach d In Szczecin, Retired Judges And Retirees With Access To Various Types Of Sports And Recreation Services In Sports And B) The Employer Requires That Employees Have Full Access To The Services Provided, Including The Implementation Of At Least The Following Forms Of Activity: Aerobics, Aqua Aerobics, Swimming (Swimming Pool), Fitness, Pilates, Yoga School, Sauna, Gym, Dance School, Zumba Spinning , Climbing Wall, Martial Arts, Nordic Walking, Salt Cave, Squash. The Scope Of Services Is Only An Indicative Indication Of Services And The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right For Participants To Use Other Free-Of-Charge Services Provided By Facilities With Which The Contractor Has Signed A Cooperation Agreement. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Also Enable The Use Of Newly Available Services Provided By The Facilities With Which It Will Cooperate During The Contract. In The West Pomeranian Voivodeship And Obligatory Access To At Least 35 Facilities In Szczecin, Including At Least 3 Facilities With A Swimming Pool, 2 Facilities With Aqua Aerobics, 4 Facilities With A Yoga School, Meeting The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. No Later Than On The Date Of Signing The Contract, The Contractor Shall Provide A List Of Sports Facilities In The Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship And Declare That It Offers Sports Activities, In Particular In The City Of Szczecin, Which Will Include Access To The Minimum Forms Of Physical Activity Listed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.3. Pursuant To 3 Of The Agreement Of June 28, 2023 And Art. 38 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1605, Consolidated Text), The District Court Szczecin-Centrum In Szczecin And The District Court Szczecin-Prawobrze e I Zach d In Szczecin Authorized In 2023 The Court District Court In Szczecin To Prepare And Conduct A Public Procurement Procedure For Provision Of Services Consisting In Ensuring Access To Sports And Recreation Facilities For Employees Of The District Court In Szczecin, The District Court Szczecin-Centrum In Szczecin And The District Court Szczecin - Prawobrze e I Zach d In Szczecin, Retired And Retired Judges. The District Court In Szczecin Is Responsible For Conducting The Proceedings On The Basis Of The Agreement Referred To Above And On The Basis Of Powers Of Attorney Granted By Other Ordering Parties In Accordance With The Scope Included Therein. Other Ordering Parties Are Liable In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law In This Respect (Article 38 Of The Public Procurement Law). The Contract Will Be Awarded By The District Court In Szczecin On Its Own Behalf For The Benefit Of Other Ordering Parties.
