The Adjoining Building Must Be Able To Maintain Full Trading And Operations While The Works Are Underway. You Will Need To Be Able To Demonstrate Your Track Record In Recent Projects Within Commercial Buildings, That Required Working Alongside A Tenant Or Business While They Remained Operational.
