B) Certifying Operator For About 16 Destinations. No Doubling Of The Route Or A Different Route Compared To The Connections Provided By A Is Required. The Provider Can Offer Services For One Or Two Areas. Separate Requirement Specifications (Appendix 1A And/Or 1B) And Price Appendices (Appendix 2B And/Or 2B) Must Be Filled Out And Attached As Part Of The Offer To Be Submitted. The Comparison And Procurement Decision Is Made Separately For Both Areas. Different Suppliers Are Selected For Sub-Areas A And B Due To The Verification Of Telecommunication Connections. The Bid Comparison Is Done First From Sub-Area A And After That The Bid Of The Winner Of Sub-Area A Is Excluded From The Comparison Of Sub-Area B. Alternative Offers Are Not Accepted.
