All Required Supporting Documentation And Bid Submission Must Be Submitted On November 3, 2026 By 2:00Pm Edt. All Bids Submitted After 2:00 Pm Edt Will Result In The Bid Being Declared Non-Responsive. Canada Is Seeking To Establish Sas To Procure Riding Mowers In Accordance With Annex A - Purchase Description. All Arrangements Submitted Under This Rfsa Will Be Evaluated By Canada. All Responsive Arrangements Will Be Recommended For Issuance Of A Supply Arrangement (Sa). Only Suppliers Who Have Been Pre-Qualified And Have Been Awarded An Sa Will Be Allowed To Submit Bids For Individual Request For Proposals. Suppliers That Are Already Qualified For Sa E60hs-17Mowr, Will Automatically Be Qualified For The Group 1 Arrangement For Sa E60hs-18Mowr.
