Preparatory Work: 6.1) Making An Inventory Of The Technical Condition Of The Building And Its Surroundings Before Starting Construction Works. Assembly. The Contractors Duties Will Include: - Obtaining The Necessary Technical Acceptances, Arrangements And Permits, And If Necessary, A Decision On The Occupancy Permit Or Notification Of Completion Of Works Together With A Certificate From The Competent Construction Supervision Inspector That No Objections Have Been Raised. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Prepare As-Built Documentation (2 Copies In Paper Version And 1 Copy In Electronic Version On An Electronic Carrier) And To Provide The Ordering Party With The Completed Subject Of The Order, Together With Documentation Of The Work Carried Out And All Acceptance Documents. - Preparation Of The Energy Performance Certificate - In 2 Copies In Paper And Electronic Version, Confirming The Achievement Of The Intended Effect. The Completion Date Is Understood As The Execution Of The Subject Of The Agreement, Including The Final Acceptance And Obtaining By The Contractor, If Necessary, A Decision On The Occupancy Permit Or Notification Of Completion Of Works, Along With A Certificate Of Construction Supervision Inspector Of Not Raising An Objection. The Contracting Authority Allows The Contractor To Familiarize Himself With The Subject Of The Contract As Part Of The On-Site Inspection. The Contracting Authority Informs That It Is Possible To Carry Out A Site Inspection, However, It Is Possible To Submit An Offer Without Conducting An Inspection. The Ordering Party Does Not Anticipate Rejecting The Offer Of The Contractor Who Did Not Visit The Site As Part Of The Procedure In Question. In Order To Arrange A Site Visit At The Investment Site, The Contractor Is Obliged To Contact The Persons Designated To Communicate With The Contractors. The Employer Informs That No Answers To Questions Will Be Given During The Site Visit And No Reports Will Be Prepared From These Visits. All Necessary Documents Are Posted On The Website Of The Conducted Procedure, And Therefore The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Or Does Not Require The Contractor To Check The Documents Necessary For The Execution Of The Order And Available On Site At The Ordering Party.
