1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Demolition Of The Existing And Construction Of A New Recreational And Floating Pier On Lake Siecino In Cieszyno, Plots No. 140/1, 141, 142, 489/1, Precinct 0052 Cieszyno. The U-Shaped Platform Will Consist Of Three Segments And Two Access Gangways. Total Length With Gangways 97 M, Deck Width 3.0 M. The Construction Of Each Segment Will Be Made Of Mesh Concrete Floats With Dimensions Of 300X238x75 Cm, Connected By A Frame On Which A Deck Made Of Factory-Impregnated Wooden Logs Made Of Larch With A Thickness Of 4 Cm. The Individual Segments Of The Platform Will Be Joined Into One Complete Bridge, Which Will Be Fixed And Anchored To The Escarpment And The Bottom Of The Lake With Dead Anchors (Weight 1600 Kg) And Chains. Each Access Point Is Attached To The Shoreline By Two Steel Piles, 2.00 M Long, 63 Mm In Diameter. The Platform Will Be Located Next To The Existing Recreation Area, Adjacent To The Municipal Road, Intended For Use By Sunbathers And Anglers And For Mooring Vessels.2. When Describing The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Contracting Authority Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Proper Names Are Only Examples, They Do Not Indicate A Specific Product Or A Specific Contractor. The Contractor, By Offering An Item Equivalent To That Described In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Is Obliged To Maintain Equivalence In Terms Of Utility, Functional, Dimensional And Quality Parameters. By Equivalent Product, The Ordering Party Understands A Product With The Same Or Better Qualitative And Functional Properties Than Those Required By The Ordering Party. The Contracting Authority Points Out That The Economic Operator, In The Case Of Offering An Equivalent Product, Must Sufficiently Prove By All Evidence Available To It That Its Offer Is Equivalent. It Is Up To The Contractor To Select These Proofs. The Ordering Party Informs That For Each Part Of The Contract In Which It Uses Technical Parameters Specified Individually, It Allows Submitting A Tender In Which The Contractor Offers A Product With Technical Parameters That Differ From The Technical Parameters Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract By ± 5%.
