Of Future Works Carried Out According To The Documentation Prepared For The Task: Development Of Design Documentation Along With Authors Supervision For The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Building Of The City Hall Of Siemianowice Śląskie At Ul. Michałkowicka 105.1.2.3. In The Documentation, The Contractor Should Include In Particular The Following Scope Of Works: Construction Of Toilets For Women, Men And People With Disabilities On The Ground Floor Of The Building Of The City Hall Of Siemianowice Śląskie At Ul. Michałowicka 105, I.E.: Disassembly Of The Suspended Ceiling, Disassembly Of Sanitary Facilities And Equipment (Heaters, Flow Heater, Hand Dryers, Soap Dispensers, Mirrors), Disassembly Of Door Frames, Demolition Of Part Of The Partition Walls, Chipping Off The Tiles On The Walls And Floor, Chipping Off The Concrete Screed Under The Floor, Dismantling Water And Sewage System, Execution Of Water, Sewage, Central Heating, Ventilation And Electrical Installations, Execution Of Cement Screed, Leveling The Surface Of Walls With Cement Mortar, Execution Of Horizontal Insulation On Concrete Screed, Assembly Of Partition Walls, Assembly Of Door Woodwork, Laying Of Ceramic Tiles On Glue, Execution Of Floors Made Of Non-Slip Stoneware Tiles, Execution Of A Suspended Ceiling, Installation Of Lighting Fixtures, Sanitary Utensils, Radiators, Hand Dryers, Soap Dispensers At Each Washbasin, Installation Of Internal Plug Sockets And Power Supply For Receiving Devices, Installation Of General And Evacuation Lighting, Security Against Electric Shock, Grounding. The Developed Documentation Should Be Complete, It Should Contain All Arrangements And Opinions Required By Law.1.2.4. The Material Scope Of The Documentation Includes: A) Construction And Executive Design (Drawings And Technical Description) - 4 Copies In Paper Version And 1 Copy In Electronic Version, B) Bill Of Quantities - 4 Copies In Paper Version And 1 Copy In Electronic Version (Editable Version) C) Investors Cost Estimate - 1 Copy In The Paper Version And 1 Copy In The Electronic Version (Editable Version), D) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - 4 Copies In The Paper Version And 1 Copy In The Electronic Version. Drawings, Arrangements And Other Documents Should Be Saved In Pdf Format. Cost Estimates, Bills Of Quantities Of Works Should Be Additionally Saved With A Universal Extension (Xls). 1.2.5 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Appendix No. 3A To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4A To The Swz). 1.2.6 The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Appendix No. 4A To The Swz). 1.2.7 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Options Consisting In Reducing Or Excluding Services Related To Authors Supervision, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. In A Situation Where The Ordering Party Withdraws From The Execution Of Construction Works Or If It Does Not Call On The Contractor To Exercise Authors Supervision, Then The Contractor Shall Not Receive Remuneration For Exercising Authors Supervision In The Amount Specified In The Offer. At The Same Time, The Employer Guarantees That The Amount To Be Paid For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Is The Amount Specified For The Development Of Design Documentation. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. The Order (Opz) Will Contain References To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Sec. 1 Point 2 And Par. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Use Of A Given Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference System In The Opz Is Only Intended To Specify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Material/Device/Product. 1.2.10 In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Employer Took Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For People With Disabilities And Designing For All Users, Referred To In Art. 100 Sec. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, 1.2.11. In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Employer Did Not Specify The Performance Or Functionality Requirements Referred To In Art. 101 Sec. 1 Point 1 Of Pzp.1.2.12 The Ordering Party Does Not Request A Label From The Contractor And Does Not Indicate The Applicable Requirements Of A Specific Label Referred To In Art. 104 Of Pzp.
