A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Contained In Appendix 1.2. All Supplied Elements Of Equipment Must Have Appropriate Attestations, Certificates, Quality Certificates And Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Set Out In Applicable Law, If Required.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The School On Its Own And At Its Own Expense. The Employer Requires That The Delivery Of The Welding Hood Take Place Along With The Assembly And Commissioning. The Works Include Assembly Of Elements Securing With Rubber Bands, Execution Of The External Passage Of The Fan, Connection Of The Electrical Power Supply System, Checking The Tightness Of The Extractor Hood.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Remove At His Own Expense Any Damage Caused By The Contractor And Arising During The Execution Of The Order.5. The Contractor Is Liable To The Ordering Party For Defects In The Subject Of The Contract That Reduce Its Value Or Usefulness And In The Event Of Incurring Losses As A Result, The Contractor Undertakes To Cover Them.6. If It Is Found That The Delivered Products: - Are Damaged, Have Defects That Make It Impossible To Use, And These Defects And Damages Are Not The Fault Of The Ordering Party Or - Do Not Meet The Ordering Partys Requirements Set Out In The Attachments Or - The Delivered Products Do Not Correspond In Terms Of Quality, Durability, Functionality And Technical Parameters, The Contractor Will Replace Them With New, Correct Ones At His Own Expense. Circumstances During The Acceptance Activities, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Refuse To Accept Such Equipment, And The Contractor Will Replace It With New, Correct Ones At Its Own Expense.7 The Contractor Is Responsible For The Entire Order, Including Its Course And Timely Execution, Quality, Compliance With Technical Conditions, Qualitative And Applicable Legal Regulations.8. The Ordering Party Reserves A Minimum Warranty Period Of 24 Months For The Entire Order. Extending The Warranty Period Is One Of The Tender Evaluation Criteria.
