The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of A Virtual Shooting Range With Complete Equipment And A Starter Set Of Consumables, Including The Assembly Of Elements Of The Virtual Shooting Range System And Its Configuration, Training Of Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party Regarding The Rules Of Operation, Operation Of Devices And Equipment, Which Make Up The A Complete Shooting Set Of A Virtual Shooting Range.2. The Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Defects In Construction, Material And Workmanship, Coming From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channel And Made Using Safe Technologies And Free From Encumbrance With Third Party Rights.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Any Interference Other Than The Manufacturer In The Delivered Equipment Before Delivery To The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Verify Whether The Contractor Has Obtained The Equipment Through An Official Distribution Channel. For This Purpose, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Contact Information To The Distributor Of The Equipment For The Polish Market.4. Installation Will Consist In Performing All Works And Services Necessary To Use The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose And Function, I.E. On Bringing The Delivery To The Designated Room, Setting, Leveling, Adjusting, Suspending Individual Elements, As Well As Cleaning The Place Of Delivery. The Contractor Shall Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Cost And Risk And Shall Ensure Unloading From His Own Funds.5. Delivery And Assembly Of Products On The Days And Working Hours Of The Ordering Party (8:00 - 14:00) After Prior Arrangement.6. In Order To Extend The Training Functionality Of The Virtual Shooting Range, D) Should Have Equipment And Software For The Automated, Network Organization Of Shootings (Competitions, Shooting Competitions) As Part Of Competition Between All Users Of Devices Provided By The Contractor Located In Different Locations, E) Should Be Able To Conduct Training Shooting Skills And Performing Shooting Tasks Of Various Complexity, In The Following Postures: Lying Down, Kneeling, Standing At The Same Time For A Minimum Of 4 Participants Of The Training Using Different Types Of Weapons At The Same Time, E.G.
