1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Social Services For The Provision Of Services For The Preparation And Delivery Of All-Day Meals For Patients Of The Care And Treatment Center In Gniezno2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Appendix No. 1 And 1A To Swz.3. The Order Includes: 1) Complete Preparation, Delivery And Delivery To The Ward Kitchens Of Daily Meals (Breakfast, Lunch With Afternoon Tea, Dinner) For 185 Patients +/- 5 Patients Of The Care And Treatment Department In Gniezno According To The Food Rations Provided For Patients Of Health Care Facilities, I.E. With A Calorific Value Of 2,600 Kcal Per Day, Taking Into Account Medical Recommendations Regarding Special Diets (E.G. Hepatic, Gastric, Diabetic, Including Insulin-Dependent, Low-Fat, Low-Protein, High-Protein, Gluten-Free, Light Phenylketonuria And Other Ordered By A Doctor. 2) Collection Of Containers And Thermos Flasks, 3) Washing And Scalding Thermoses At The Contractors Premises, 4) Delivery Of Containers For Post-Consumer Waste And Their Collection Together With Disposal.4. The Contracting Authority Does Not Divide The Contract Into Parts. Justification: The Contracting Authority Did Not Divide The Contract Into Parts Due To The Fact That Such A Division Would Result In Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Contract Performance. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Performing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract. The Failure To Divide The Contract Was Therefore Dictated By Technical And Organizational Reasons And The Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Possible Division Of The Contract Into Parts Will Not Increase Competitiveness In The Sector Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises - The Scope Of The Contract Is A Typical Scope, Enabling The Submission Of An Offer To Contractors From The Group Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises.5.
