The Subject Of The Contract Is The Collection, Loading, Transport And Disposal Of Asbestos-Containing Waste. The Task Does Not Provide For The Dismantling Of Asbestos-Containing Waste. Asbestos-Containing Waste With The Code 17 06 05* - Resulting From The Replacement Or Liquidation Of Roofing Or Other Construction Elements From Residential And Utility Buildings, Owned By Natural Persons From The Grębów Commune. The Asbestos Was Deposited In Places Indicated By The Employer (In A Safe Place, Placed On Euro Pallets) At The Properties Located In The Grębów Commune In The Amount Of Approximately 361.666 Mg. Due To The Fact That The Amount Of Waste Is An Estimate And May Change Due To The Number Of Notifications From Residents Declaring Their Return, Placed On Heaps / Stacks Of Asbestos-Cement Boards In Relation To The Actual Measurements Made During The Execution Of The Contract On Individual Properties, The Employer Allows The Use Of From The Right Of Option Based On Art. 441 Pzp. The Employer Indicates That The Maximum Amount Of Waste Utilized Under The Option Right Is 30%, With The Proviso That The Price For 1 Mg - Collection, Loading, Transport And Disposal Of Waste Under The Option Right Will Be The Same As In The Case Of The Basic Scope. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Fully Or Partially Use The Option Right, Which Will Be Specified Each Time In The Statement On Awarding The Contract Submitted Under The Option Right. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Pay For The Service Performed In Accordance With The Actual Amount Of Waste Collected.
