Installation And Rental Of A Building In A Modular Structure For The Temporary Relocation Of The Dolto Social Center And The Eaje Grain De Malice And Jardin Des Malices Of The Municipality Of D cines-Charpieu. The Set Of Modular Buildings Will Have To Accommodate A Social Center With A Capacity Of 160 People, An Eaje With A Capacity Of 40 Cradles, For A Total Area Of Approximately 1000 Square Meters. This Lease Will Run Out During The Reconstruction Works Of The Premises Of The Dolto Social Center And The Eaje. The Provisional Rental Period Is Estimated At 30 Months But May Be Extended If Necessary. The Service Includes The Preparation Of The Land, The Constitution Of The Building Permit File, The Delivery And Installation Of The Modules, The Rental And Maintenance Of The Buildings, The Insurance Of The Premises, The Dismantling And Removal Of The Modules At The End Rental And Land Restoration. The City Of D cinescharpieu Reserves The Right, At The End Of The Rental Period, To Buy Back Part Of The Modular Buildings
