Passenger Transport (So-Called Overflow Vehicles). The City Of Hämeenlinna (Hereinafter Also The Procurement Entity / Customer) Requests Your Participation Application For Passenger Transport In Accordance With This Request For Participation And Its Attachments. It Is A Dynamic Procurement System (Dps), Through Which Passenger Transports Are Tendered At The Stage If They Cannot Be Managed Through The Customers Other Procurement Contracts (Including Framework Arrangements). Therefore, The Expected Value Of The Acquisition Is So-Called The Rough Estimate And Transport Needs Can Vary Significantly From Year To Year. The Estimated Annual Value Of The Acquisition Without Value Added Tax Is Approximately Eur 0,100,000. This Is An Estimate That Does Not Bind The Purchasing Unit. The Predicted Value Can Be Even Higher If Options Are Used. The Procurement Unit Emphasizes That Even If The Candidate Is Accepted Into This Dynamic Procurement System, The Candidate Will Not Necessarily Receive Any Transportation To Handle. By Submitting The Participation Application, The Candidate Has Accepted This Issue As Well. You Can Submit An Application For Participation In The Dynamic Procurement System At Any Time During Its Validity. The Validity Of The Procurement System Can Be Extended With A New Procurement Notification. The Procurement System Consists Of The So-Called From The Establishment Phase And The So-Called From The Acquisition Phase. In The Establishment Phase, Participation Applications Are Accepted, But Tenders Within The Procurement System Are Not Organized Yet. In The Procurement Phase, Participation Applications Are Accepted And, If Necessary, Tenders Within The Procurement System Are Organized. After The Establishment Phase Ends, The Decision To Accept (Or Reject) A Candidate For The Dynamic Procurement System Is Made Within 30 Working Days After The End Of The Establishment Phase. After That, The Decision Will Be Made Within Ten Working Days After The Application For Participation Has Been Received; If Additional Documents Need To Be Examined In The Acceptance Assessment Or If Suitability Requirements Have To Be Checked Or There Is Another Justified Reason, The Decision Will Be Made Within 15 Working Days After The Application For Participation Has Been Received. Due To Holiday Periods, Applications For Participation Are Basically Not Processed From Mid-December To Epiphany, During The Winter Or Autumn Holidays, And From Midsummer To Mid-August. This Can Happen, For Example, By The Procurement Unit Temporarily Closing The Dynamic Procurement System.
