Dynamic Purchasing System For Halls And Barracks. This Is A Dynamic Purchasing System (Dps). The Contracting Authority Is The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency [Forsvarsmateriell (Fma)].The Contracting Authority Needs To Periodically Set Up Semipermanent And Temporary Storage Halls Or Office Barracks In Connection With Major Procurements Or When Disposing Of Phasedout Equipment. Fma Would Like To Establish A Pool Of Suppliers Who Are Able To Deliver All Or Part Of The Range Within The Halls/Barracks Segment.
