Work Detail
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Extension And Reconstruction Of The Tso In Brunary Together With The Reconstruction Of The Gas Installation On Plots No. 419/6 And No. 209/4 Within Brunary, Commune Uście Gorlickie. The Facility Under Construction Is Being Built Through The Extension And Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Fire Station Of The Volunteer Fire Department In Brunary, Together With The Reconstruction Of The Colliding Gas Installation. The Implementation Consists In The Addition Of A Garage For A New Fire Truck On The South-Western Side And The Reconstruction Of The Existing Roof In The Place Where It Is Connected To The Designed Part. The Designed Extension And Reconstruction Will Not Change The Way The Building Is Used. As Before, The Statutory Activities Of The Tso Will Continue To Be Carried Out In The Building. Part Of The Building Is Used As Sanitary Facilities. In The Existing Part Of The Building There Are Garage Rooms For A Fire-Fighting Vehicle, However, Due To The Purchase Of A New Fire-Fighting Vehicle With Increased Parameters, There Was A Need To Design A New Garage Room. Apart From The Described Use Of The Building, No Additional Functions Are Planned. In The Event Of A Change In The Use Of The Building, The Necessary Permits And Approvals Must Be Obtained. The Architectural Form Of The Building Is Simple And Coherent, Color Matched To The Existing Buildings And Clear Function. The Building Is Classified As A Low-Rise Building Covered With A Gable Roof. The Ridge Of The Designed Roof Slope Is Located At Right Angles To The Existing One. Wooden Roof Structure. The Roof Covering Is Made Of Trapezoidal Sheet With A Profile Referring To The Existing Part. Brick Walls Insulated With Polystyrene. The Walls Are Finished With Acrylic Plaster. The Colors Of The Façade Are Shown In The Architectural Drawings - Adapted To The Existing Part Of The Building. The Architectural Form Of The Building Is Adapted To The Landscape And Surrounding Buildings. The Appearance Of The Building Refers To The Neighboring Buildings And To The Forms Preferred In The Foothills. The Adopted Design Solutions Meet The Requirements Of The Local Development Plan Of The Uście Gorlickie Commune. Cm Reinforced With Mesh Ø 6Mm With Mesh Size 10X10 Cm And Dispersed Reinforcement With A Slope Of 1° In The Direction Of Linear Drainage, On Thermal Insulation Made Of Waterproof Polystyrene 12 Cm Thick And Anti-Moisture Insulation, On A Base Of Lean C8/10 Concrete With A Thickness Of 10 Cm And A Layer Of Compacted Broken Aggregate With A Thickness Of 30 Cm. Wooden Roof To Be Made Of Pine Or Fir Wood Class C24 With A Moisture Content Of Up To 15%. Cross-Sections Of The Roof Truss Elements Should Be Made In Accordance With The Construction Drawing. Rafters Fastened To The Wall Plate Anchored In The Reinforced Concrete Tie Beam. Protect Wooden Elements With A Fire Retardant And Fungicide. Roofing Made Of Metal Roofing Tiles Arranged On Battens At The Spacing In Accordance With The Manufacturers Instructions. Pvc Window Joinery, Door To The Attic With Fire Resistance Ei30, Automatically Controlled Steel Sectional Gate. Walls And Floors Should Be Finished In Accordance With The Descriptions On The Floor Plan. Around The Building, A 60 Cm Wide Fender Plate Made Of Cobblestones, Gr. 6 Cm With A Slope From The Building On A Bedding Made Of Mechanically Compacted Coarse Sand And A Gravel Base Or Mechanically Compacted Broken Aggregate. In Order To Enable Access To The Building For The Disabled, A Driveway For The Disabled Should Be Made Of Cobblestones On A Bedding Of Mechanically Compacted Coarse Sand And A Gravel Base Or Mechanically Compacted Crushed Aggregate2.
