4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas (Group E) For The Gas Intake Point/Points According To Appendix 1 To The Tor - Supply Of Gaseous Fuel Together With The Distribution Service To The Employers Facilities, The Amount Of Fuel Demand Is 1,701,041 Kwh (Basic Order).4.2 . Gaseous Fuel Should Be Delivered 24 Hours A Day To The Delivery And Collection Points Listed In Appendix No. 1 To The Tor, Which Is A Set Of Gas Devices Used To Connect The Internal Network, Owned By The Ordering Party, With The Gas Network Of The System Operator.4.3. During The Performance Of The Order, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Gaseous Fuel In The Range Of Up To +/- 10% In Relation To The Amount Of Gaseous Fuel For The Basic Order. The Increase Will Take Place On The Basis Of The Right Of Option. The Principles, Scope And Manner Of Using The Above By The Employer Are Described In Appendix No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract In 1 Section 3 And 4.4.4. In The Event That The Ordering Party Is/Are An Entity Authorized To Make Settlements According To Tariff Prices Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office Within The Meaning Of The Act Of January 26, 2022 On Special Solutions For The Protection Of Gaseous Fuel Consumers In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market, The Signed By The Ordering Party Declarations Of Gas Fuels Customers On The Purpose Of The Gaseous Fuel, According To The Template Attached To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of January 28, 2022. A Given Ppg May Be Partially Or Fully Settled According To The Prices From The Sales Tariff Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office - Information Is Included In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Settlement Of The Distribution Service And The Purchase Of Gaseous Fuel Will Take Place On The Terms Set Out In The Act Of April 10Th 1997, The Energy Law, The Act Of January 26Th 2022 On Special Solutions For The Protection Of Gaseous Fuel Consumers In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market, The Act Of December 15, 2022 On Special Protection Of Certain Consumers Of Gaseous Fuels In 2023 In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market, The Distribution And Sales Tariff Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office.4.5. Information On The Subject Of The Contract And The Obligations Of The Employer And The Contractor Are Contained In Appendix No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract.4.6. At The Request Of The Selected Contractor, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Necessary Data To Carry Out The Supplier Switching Procedure In The Electronic Excel Version Immediately After Signing The Contract. 4.7. Information On The Currently Binding Agreements Is Described In Appendix No. 1 To The Tor In The Column Term Of The Current Agreement / Notice Period.4.8. Number Of Contracts For The Comprehensive Supply Of Gaseous Fuel To Be Concluded By The Ordering Party With The Contractor Selected In This Procedure: 1 Contract.
