1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Meals (One-Course Dinner) For Students In The Canteen Of The Primary School In Jawornik Polski And The School And Institutions Complex In Manasterz, And The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For Students Of The Primary School In Hadle Szklarskie (From The School In Jawornik Polski) And The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For Students Of The Primary School In Hucisko Jawornickie (From The School In Manasterz)1.2 The Set Of Dishes Is Included In Annex 2 To The Swz. 1.3 The Ordering Party Shall Provide The Contractor With A Monthly Menu Drawn Up At Least 7 Days Before Its Planned Validity. The Menu Consists Of 22 Dishes Listed In The List Of Dishes Constituting Appendix No. 2 To Swz. Each Dish Can Be Chosen To Be Made And Given To Children No More Than Once A Month. 1.4 Meals Should Be Prepared Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of 26 July 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Youth In Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of Mass Catering For Children And Youth In In These Units - Annex No. 2 To This Regulation (In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Legal Act). The Description Of Products Used To Prepare Meals Is Included In Annex No. 4. It Is Not Allowed To Use Purchased Semi-Finished Products Such As Dumplings Or Frozen Croquettes. These Dishes Should Be Prepared Entirely On Site. Scope Of The Contract: 1) The Service Will Concern Feeding Children In Schools Located In The Jawornik Polski Commune 2) Meals Prepared At The School In Jawornik Polski And Manasterz Will Be Served To Students Of These Schools In School Canteens With Due To Shared Use. Meals Will Be Served On A Plate By The Contractors Employees. 3) Meals Prepared In Schools In Jawornik And Manasterz For Students From The Facilities In Hadle Szklarskie And Hucisko Jawornickie Will Be Delivered By The Contractor With Its Own Or Commissioned Transport In Certified Thermos Flasks Ensuring That The Meal Is Kept Properly Warm, In Hours Agreed With School Principals. Meals Will Be Served In These Schools By The Contractors Employees. The Contractor Is Also Responsible For Collecting Dirty Dishes. I.E. Nutrition Will Take Place From Monday To Friday, Excluding Summer Holidays, Holidays, Holidays, Public Holidays And Days Off From School. The Frequency Of Serving Meals, In Agreement With The School Directors, Will Be Divided Into Several Rounds (From 1 To 12) At The Times Set By The Directors. Until 8:30 In The Morning. 6) In The Absence Of A Student Entitled To A Meal, The Contractor Will Not Charge The Principal With The Cost Of A Meal Due To That Student, Provided That The Students Absence Is Reported By The Childs Parents Or Guardians No Later Than On The Day Preceding The Day Of Serving The Meal. 7) Meals Will Be Served At Times Agreed With School Principals. Approximate Number Of Children Fed In Individual Schools From September To December 2023. (Note: The Given Numbers Are Not The Scope Of The Order) Approximate Number Of Lunches Per Day - About 210. The Number Of School Days In The Period Of The Order Is 78 Days. The Estimated Number Of Meals During The Contract Period Is 16,380. This Is An Estimate And Cannot Be The Basis For The Contractor To Make Any Claims As To The Actual Amount Due For The Performance Of The Contract. 8) The Expected Number Of Meals During The Order Period For The Primary School In Jawornik Polski Is 9,360 Meals, And For The School And Institutions Complex In Manasterz, It Is 7,020 Meals. 9) Meals Will Be Prepared On The Basis Of The Menu Prepared By The Ordering Party. In Months Where The Number Of School Days Is Greater Than 20, The Ordering Party Shall Indicate The Type Of Meals Missing From The Menu. 10) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Lunches Depending On The Interest Of Students (Attendance) School Estimated Number Of Meals Per Day: Primary School In Jawornik Polski 110 Hadle Szklarskie 10 Complex Of Schools And Institutions In Manasterz 80 Hucisko Jawornickie 10 The Above Calculations And Dates May Change Due To On The Conditions Related To The Covid-19 Pandemic And The Regulations In This Regard That May Change At Any Time, Which Should Be Treated As Circumstances Over Which The Parties Had No Influence (This May Affect The Dates And The Number Of Meal Recipients) Other Circumstances Of The Subject Of The Contract: A) The Whole Process Of Preparing Meals Can Only Take Place In The Kitchens In The Building Of The Jawornik Polski School And In The Building Of The School In Manasterzub) The Contractor Will Be Provided With Kitchen Rooms Equipped With Devices And Equipment For Preparing Meals On The Basis Of An Agreement With The Director Of Schools In Jawornik And Manasterz. The Contractor Bears Full Financial Responsibility For The Premises And Their Equipment. This Amount Includes The Costs Of: Electricity, Gas, Water, Sewage, Waste, Heating, Cleaning Costs, Depreciation Of Equipment, Repair Fund, Etc. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Ongoing Maintenance Of Cleanliness In The Rooms In Accordance With The Sanitary And Hygienic Conditions (Regulations) In Force During Preparing Meals In Schools. The Rent Is Paid In Advance At Least 3 Days Before The Beginning Of The Month, Except For The First Contractual Month - Then The Rent Is Payable Up To 3 Days After Signing The Contract, To The Accounts Of The Schools Where The Meal Preparation Services Will Be Provided. Pln 500 Contractual Penalty For Each Day Of Delay. A Delay Of More Than 14 Days Means Termination Of The Contract. D) The Contractor Is Also Responsible For The Delivery Of Reusable Dishes - Porcelain Or Ceramic - Clean And Scalded (Plates, Etc.), Pots And Cutlery - Necessary For The Purpose Of The Service - The Use Of Disposable Sets With Disposable Cutlery Is Excluded. The Number Of Dishes And Cutlery Should Be Adjusted To The Type And Quantity Of Ordered Meals. E) The Contractor Shall Be Liable For Damage Caused During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Shall Be Responsible For The Quality Of Meals Served And Compliance With Sanitary Standards. As Part Of The Inspection, The Contractor Shall Enable The Ordering Partys Representative To Eat A Meal At Any Request Without Incurring Additional Fees By The Ordering Party. Competitiveness. If, Despite This, Proper Names, Markings Or Parameters Indicating A Specific Product Appear In The Text Of Any Type Of Documentation, It Should Always Be Treated As An Exemplary Solution And An Equivalent Solution May Be Used Under The Conditions Adopted In This Siw.
