Public Service Delegation For The Management And Operation Of Ski Lifts In The Cr tes Ski Area, Alpine And Nordic Ski Slopes, Mountain Bike Slopes And Other Similar Sports. Grouping Of Granting Authorities, Between The Municipalities Of Demiquartier, Meg ve And Saint Gervais-Lesbains, With A View To Conducting The Procedure For Awarding A Single Public Service Delegation Agreement Relating To The Management And Operation Of The Ski Lifts In The Ski Area Of Les Peaks And That Of The Alpine And Nordic Ski Slopes, Mountain Bike Slopes And Other Similar Sports. The Concessionaire Will Be Responsible, For The Duration Of The Public Service Delegation, For The Performance, In Particular, Of The Services Below: Technical And Commercial Equipment And Facilities; The Financial Carrying And The Realization Of The Works Of The Equipment Of Ski Lifts, Their Inspections, The Works Of Tracks And Other Works; The Procedures For Obtaining The Various Administrative Authorizations Relating To The Works And Transfer Agreements; The Safety Of Equipment And Slopes For Skiing And Other Sports
