The Task Includes: • Preparation Of Documents Needed To Obtain A Building Permit Or Notification, • Submission Of A Notification Of The Intended Date Of Commencement Of Construction Works, • Disassembly And Demolition Works - To Be Performed To The Extent Necessary For The Execution Of The Task, (Disassembly Of The Existing Gas Boiler, Disassembly Of Expansion Vessels, Disassembly Of Safety Valves, Disassembly Of The Hydraulic Coupling) • Reconstruction Of The Cold Water, Domestic Hot Water, Gas And Central Heating Installations Resulting From The Change In The Location Of The Boilers, • Installation Of Two Gas Condensing Boilers Operating In Cascade With A Total Capacity Of 130.0 Kw, • Installation Of Accessories, I.E. Hydraulic Clutch, Expansion Vessels, Safety Valves, • Assembly Of The Air-Flue Gas Duct - Lead Above The Roof - The Existing Chimney Duct Is Used, The Diameter Of The Ducts Should Be Adapted To The Applicable Regulations And The Requirements And Recommendations Of The Gas Boiler Manufacturer, • Checking And, If Necessary, Adapting The Existing Rooms Boiler Room In The Field Of Gravitational Ventilation Supply/Exhaust, Lighting, Etc. • Adjustment Or, If Necessary, Installation Of A New Boiler Control System With Sensors And Controllers Required By Law, • Performance Of Other Works Based On Design Documentation Required To Adapt The Boiler Room To Formal And Legal Requirements • Refurbishment Of Rooms To The Extent Necessitated By Disassembly Works (It Is Assumed That The Existing Ceramic Floor And Wall Coverings Will Be Left, Surface Cleaning And Local Repairs Should Be Performed, Painting Of Unclad Wall And Ceiling Surfaces) • Adaptation Of Door And Window Joinery To The Extent Necessary To Meet Formal - Legal Regulations, • Execution Of The Internal Electrical Installation To The Extent Necessary For The Execution Of The Task, • Taking Into Account The Connection Of All Necessary Boiler Room Equipment, • Execution Of All Works Based On The Design Documentation, • Inspection Of The Efficiency Of Wires And Inspections Required By Regulations, • Preparation Of Operating And Maintenance Manuals For All Completed Installations In Polish, • Development Of As-Built Documentation In All Industries (Including Protocols, Admission Certificates And Information On Granting A Guarantee), • Training Of The Employers Employees In The Operation, Operation And Maintenance Of All Installed Devices And Installations.3.
