3.2. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Security Audits Of It Systems, In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Appendix 1 To The Contract3.3. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Consisting In Conducting An Audit And Re-Audit Of The Security Of It Systems: 1) System 1: 2 Web Applications And 1 Mobile Application In Accordance With The Attached Opz 2) System 2: 4 Web Applications And 2 Desktop Applications In Accordance With The Attached Opz. 3) Preparation And Presentation Of An Audit/Re-Audit Report To The Employer. Audit.3.4. The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Point 3.3 Has Been Divided Into A Basic Contract And An Option Right, In Accordance With The Scope Indicated Below.3.5. The Performance Of The Basic Order Includes The Commencement Of The System 1 Audit Within No More Than 10 Days From The Date Of Ordering The Audit By The Employer, With The Proviso That The Audit Must Be Completed No Later Than October 31, 2023, And The Deadline For The Audit May Not Exceed 30 Calendar Days Calculated From The Date Of The Audit Order. 3.6. The Option Right Includes: 1) System 2 Audit By December 31, 2023. 2) Re-Audit Of System 1 In Accordance With The Attached Opz, Excluding Point 10.3) Re-Audit Of System 2 In Accordance With The Attached Opz3.7. The Audit Order Will Be Sent To The E-Mail Address Of The Person Authorized On The Part Of The Contractor To Perform The Contract, In Electronic Form, Signed By The Representative Of The Ordering Party By The Chief Accountant Of Cui. It Is Considered That The Date Of Delivery Of The Audit Order Is The Date Of Transfer Of The Document To The Contractors Mail Server. The Ordering Party Shall Submit An Audit Order To The Contractor Not Later Than By November 20, 2023. 3.8. After Each Commissioned Audit/Re-Audit, The Contractor Shall Prepare And Present To The Ordering Party An Audit/Re-Audit Report Within No More Than 7 Days From The End Of The Audit, 3.9. Ensuring Consultations Of Persons Indicated By The Employer, No More Than 10 Persons Within Which The Contractor Will Provide Substantive Advice On The Identified Vulnerabilities And Recommendations Presented In The Report Within 30 Days Of The Submission Of The Audit Report. Estimated Consultation Time: Maximum 20 Man-Hours.
