Concrete Coring Services On The Bridge Carrying Sr 0011 Over Little Juniata Creek And Creek Road Mccormick Taylor, Inc. Has Been Contracted By The Pennsylvania Department Of Transportation (Penndot) To Perform An In-Depth Inspection, Concrete Sampling, And Material Testing On The Bridge That Carries Sr 0011 Over Little Juniata Creek And Creek Road (Bms 50-0011-0220-0000), Located In Penndot District 8-0, Perry County, Pennsylvania. Mccormick Taylor, Inc. Will Require Services Of A Contractor To Provide The Following Services: 4 Diameter Vertical Concrete Cores In Bridge Deck 4 Diameter Horizontal Concrete Cores In Pier Caps And Abutments 2 Diameter Vertical Concrete Cores In Top Flange Of Prestressed Box Beams (At Bridge Deck Core Locations) 2 Diameter Horizontal Concrete Cores In Pier Caps And Pier Columns All Required Maintenance And Protection Of Traffic (Mpt) To Obtain The Identified Concrete Cores Consisting Of Shadow Vehicles, Warning Signs, Flags, Cones, Two-Way Radios, Flaggers, Etc. Shall Be In Accordance With Penndot Publication 213. The Contractor And/Or Its Subcontractor Must Be Able To Provide The Short-Term Traffic Control Patterns As Shown In The Temporary Traffic Control Guidelines (Publication 213) With Current Revisions
