We Need Supplier(S) Who Can Provide Operations And Maintenance Services For Our Community Facilities, Including Parks And Reserves, Under A Collaborative Partnership Arrangement To Ensure Good Outcomes For The Far North Communities. This Contract Will Be Delivered Under Three (3) Separable Portions, Covering The Three Geographic Wards Of The Far North: North (Te Hiku Ward) West (Kaikohe / Hokianga Ward) East (Bay Of Islands / Whangaroa) Respondents May Choose To Submit A Response On One, Two Or All Three Separable Portions. Any Bundling Of Separable Portions Will Be Dependent On The Responses Received And What Outcome Results In Best Overall Value For Money And Quality Of Service For Council.
