The Television System, The Subject Of The Public Procurement, Consists Of Hardware Equipment And A Software Solution (Web Application), Through Which A Digital Television Service Is Provided, Including The Activation Of Various Packages, With Included Television Programs, And Their Content Is Transmitted To Users (Patients). The Contractor Should Provide A Television Service With Rights Arranged By Him To Distribute The Programs To Users In Public Facilities Or Multiple Shared Premises With The Relevant Television Operators Or Providers Of The Television Content For The Channels Specified In The Package Described In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1.
