Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of A Working Project For The Repair And Reconstruction Of The Kachulka Hydropower Station Owned By The Municipality Of Chelopech

The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Bring The Kachulka Hydro Node Into Compliance With The National Regulations And Develop A Complete Set Of Construction And Operational Documents. As A Result Of The Awarding Of The Public Contract, It Is Envisaged That A Number Of Work Projects Will Be Drawn Up In Compliance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4/21.05.2001, And After Its Acceptance By The Contracting Authority, In Relation To The Same, It Is Expected To Be Carried Out Project Coordination. Also, The Future Contractor Is Expected To Exercise Authors Supervision Over All Parts Of The Project - From The Date Of Opening Of The Construction Site For The Object Subject To The Design. The Main Problems That Should Be Solved With The Project Development Are The Following: • Difference In The Elevations Of The Different Sections Of The Western And Eastern Wall; • Inconsistency In The Elevation Of The Overflow And The Elevation Of The Crown Of The Two Partition Walls; • Filtration Through The East Wall Embankment; • Lack Of A Control And Measurement System, Including Deformations, Water Levels, Amount Of Drains, Etc. • Inconsistencies Related To The Prescriptions Of The State Supervisory Authorities (Damtn) And The Requirements Of The Ordinance On The Terms And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Technical And Safe Operation Of The Dam Walls And The Facilities Attached To Them And For The Implementation Of Control Over Their Technical Condition.
