1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of A Major Renovation Of A Residential And Service Building Along With Land Development At Ul. Stawowa 2 In Mikołów. In Accordance With The Decision On The Building Permit No. Rdpb-487/2019 Of May 23, 2019, The Permit Of The Silesian Voivodship Monument Conservator In Katowice No. K/616/2019 Of May 21, 2019, Technical Documentation, Bills Of Quantities (Which Are Only Auxiliary) , Stwior And Technical Design In The Construction Industry, Sanitary And Electrical Installations.2. The Scope Of Works Includes: A) Removal Of The Sheathing And Roof Structure, B) Partial Disassembly Of The Existing Walls Of The Ground Floor, C) Construction Of Newly Designed Foundations, D) Construction Of Newly Designed Walls Of The Ground Floor, Bricking Up The Openings - In Accordance With The Architectural Design, E) Making New Openings And Widening Window Openings On The Ground Floor, F) Execution Of The Ceiling Structure With Reinforced Concrete Beams And Lintels, Execution Of The Circumferential Ring Beam, G) Execution Of New Walls Of The First Floor With Lintels, H) Execution Of Beams And Ceiling Above The First Floor, I) Execution Of Gable Walls And Perimeter Ring Horizontally Roof Support, J) Restoration Of The Roof Structure, K) Flashings At The Eaves, L) Sheathing With Sloped Layers, M) Finishing Works: Ceiling Insulation, Ceiling Finishing Layers, External Wall Insulation, External And Internal Plaster, Insulation, G-K Partition Walls, And Others, - Execution Of Internal Electrical Installation - Execution Of Emergency Lighting Installation - Execution Of Lightning Protection System - Execution Of Teletechnical Installations - Execution Of Sewage Installation - Execution Of Central Heating Installation - Execution Of Hot And Cold Water Installationn) Execution Of Other Works Related To The Investment In Question Detailed The Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities, Which Play An Auxiliary Role, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, The Building Permit And The Permit Of The Conservator Of Monuments, Which Are Annexes To The Swz. 3. If, In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Has Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Qualitative And And Functional, Etc. 4. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Prove That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Employer. In This Case, The Contractor Shall Attach To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Together With Its Description Or Standards. 5. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Sec. 1 Point 2 And Sec. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 6. All Materials Used To Carry Out The Works Should Have The Appropriate Attestations, Approvals And Approvals Required By Applicable Law For Use In Construction. Documents Confirming The Above Shall Be Presented By The Contractor Each Time At The Request Of The Supervision Inspector.7. During The Execution Of Works, The Contractor Shall Maintain Law And Order In The Area Where He Performs Them, And Shall Ensure Safety And Fire Protection Conditions. Specified In Specific Regulations.8. The Employer Also Informs That The Future Contractor Is Required To Secure The Construction Site Against Access By Third Parties, Maintain Order During The Works, And Tidy Up After The Works Are Completed.9. The Contractor Must Provide A Minimum 3-Year Guarantee For The Works Performed And The Materials Used.10. At Each Request Of The Employer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present A Copy Of The Construction License Along With A Valid Certificate Of Belonging To The Relevant Professional Chamber, In Accordance With The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure.11. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require The Contractor To Visit The Site Or Check The Documents Necessary For The Performance Of The Contract. However, Due To The Flat-Rate Settlement, The Employer Recommends Carrying Out A Site Visit In Order To Properly Prepare The Offer.
