The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Included In Technical Specifications For Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Appendix No. 9 To The Swz, In Bill Of Quantities - Appendix No. 8 To The Swz The Contractor Of The Works Is Responsible For The Quality Of Their Execution And Their Compliance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, The Bill Of Quantities, Construction Law, Technical Knowledge And Applicable Construction Standards And Regulations. Expenditures Of Labour, Materials And Equipment In The Analogous Items Of The Offer Cost Estimate Should Be Accepted As Indicated By The Employer In The Investors Bill Of Quantities.
