Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Catering Services For Participants Of 2 Events Organized By The Department Of Foreigners Of The Wielkopolska Voivodeship Office In Pozna

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Catering Services For Participants In 2 Events Organized By The Department Of Foreigners Of The Wielkopolska Voivodeship Office In Pozna As Part Of The Project Entitled Wielkopolska - Common Future, Co-Financed From The National Program Of The Asylum, Migration And Integration Fund For 2014-2020. 2. By Providing Catering Services, The Ordering Party Understands The Service Of Preparing, Delivering And Serving Meals.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Contained In Appendix No. 4 To Swz.4. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Each Time Obliged To Ensure: 1) Preparation And Delivery Of Dishes No Later Than 30 Minutes Before The Appointed Time Of The Meeting Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, 2) Tables And Chairs For Consumption For Min. 30 People (The Height Of Tables With Unusual Dimensions Is Determined By The Ordering Party), Applies Only To Package I, 3) Fabric Tablecloths On Serving Tables, 4) Paper Napkins, 5) Ceramic Tableware And Plated Cutlery For Consumption, 6) Waiter Service For Cleaning Dirty Dishes On A Regular Basis And Replenishment Of Deficiencies On Tables, 7) Fresh Meals, Prepared On The Day Of Service Provision And Characterized By High Quality And Aesthetics Of Serving, 8) Cleaning Dishes And Post-Consumer Leftovers No Later Than 30 Minutes After The End Of Meetings, 9) Transport Of Catering And Technical Service In The Scope Of Preparing Catering At The Meeting Place,10) Packing Unconsumed Food And Drinks In Disposable Packaging And Delivering Them To The Address: Pl. Wolno ci 17, Pozna (Concerns Package Ii And Iii).5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Possibly Reduce The Number Of Meetings/Packages In Relation To The Maximum Demand. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of At Least 80% Of The Order. The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims For Failure To Complete The Entire Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Quantitative Changes Of Individual Packages Within The Total Value Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Dates And Hours Of Organizing The Catering Service If It Is Necessary To Change The Dates Of Events (Meetings), About Which It Shall Inform The Contractor At Least 2 Days Before The Meeting.6. The Contractor Performs The Subject Of The Contract Taking Into Account The Minimum Requirements Referred To In Art. 6 Point 1 Lit. A Of The Act Of 19 July 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, I.E.).
