Tenders Are Invited For Preparation, Delivery And Distribution Of Meals For Children Attending The Public Kindergarten In Chynów

The Subject Of The Contract Is A Full-Day Service In The Field Of Nutrition For Children Aged 3-5 And The Delivery Of Lunch Sets For Children Aged 6 In The Public Kindergarten In Chynów. The Order Includes: 1. Preparation, Delivery And Distribution Of Meals Consisting Of Breakfast, Full Lunch And Afternoon Tea For Approximately 175 Children Aged 3-5 And Delivery And Distribution Of Lunch Sets For Approximately 50 Children Aged 6 For 5 Days A Week, Excluding Days Off From Pre-School Classes;2. Delivery Of Meals In The Following Hours: Breakfast From 7:50 To 8:10, Lunch From 10:30 To 10:50 And Afternoon Tea From 13:30 To 13:50;3. Preparation Of Meals In Accordance With The Recommended Nutritional Standards For The Age Groups Of Preschool Children, Set Out In The Act Of 25 August 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448), Only From Natural Products According To The Standards Of The Institute Food And Nutrition For Children And Youth;4. The Contractor Ensures: A) Distribution Of Meals To The Kindergarten By A Car That Meets The Sanitary Conditions Approved By The State Sanitary And Epidemiological Station, In Certified Thermos Flasks, Dishes And Containers That Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations, Ensuring Proper Temperature And Hygiene, B) Collection And Disposal Of Waste, C ) Portioning And Serving Meals On A Given Day For Individual Groups Of Children In The Amount Reported By An Authorized Kindergarten Employee, D) Preparing A Weekly Menu And Delivering It To The Director Of The Public Kindergarten In Chynów 2 Days In Advance, E) Maintaining Food Diets Depending On The Individual Needs Of Children (Allergies Etc.) F) A Varied Menu (Meals Cannot Be Repeated Within 1 Week) Including: Milk Soups, Mixed Bread, Varied Meat And Fish Dishes, Adding Seasonal Vegetables And Fruits To Breakfasts And Afternoon Snacks And Milk-Based Drinks, G) Preparing Meals From High-Quality And Always Fresh Products (It Is Not Allowed To Prepare Meals From Powder, Except For Pudding And Jelly); 5. The Contractor Will Remove Used Disposable Dishes And Any Food Waste From The Kindergarten; 6. The Ordering Party Shall Provide Rooms For Portioning, Serving And Eating Meals Free Of Charge;7. The Ordering Party Provides Dishes For Eating A Meal (Reusable), Cleaning And Washing Dishes After Meals And Assistance In Serving Meals To Children By The Kindergarten Staff;8. The Director Of The Public Kindergarten In Chynów Undertakes To Provide The Contractor By The End Of Each Month With A List Of Children Who Will Use Meals In The Following Month;9. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Number Of Children Declared For A Given Month May Change In Situations Which The Ordering Party Could Not Foresee, E.G. Due To The Childs Illness;10. The Number Of Children Can Be Verified 1 Day In Advance, In Justified Cases No Later Than 7:10 A.M. On The Day;11. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Contract;12. Due Diligence Is Required In The Performance Of The Contractual Obligations;13. Arrangements And Decisions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Will Be Agreed By The Ordering Party With The Appointed Representative Of The Contractor;14. Specifying By The Contractor Contact Telephone Numbers And Fax Numbers. And Other Arrangements Necessary For The Efficient And Timely Performance Of The Order.
