The Procurement Operation Of The Ostrobothnia Welfare Area Requests Applications For Participation In The Dynamic Procurement System For Rehabilitative Work Activities, On The Basis Of Which Procurement Purchasing Services For Rehabilitative Work Activities For The Welfare Region Of Ostrobothnia 1.1.2024 31.12.2029. The Service Must Comply With The Directly Binding Regulations Of The European Union, Finnish Laws And Regulations, And Regulations Issued By The Authorities. The Participation Application Is Binding And Must Be Written In Swedish Or Finnish. The Procurement Process Is Bilingual (Swedish, Finnish). The Procurement Consists Of Three (3) Service Categories, I.E. Sub-Areas. 1. Organization Of The Workplace And Guidance Of Work Tasks, Where The Welfare Region Of Ostrobothnia Is Responsible For The Support And Guidance Provided By A Social Worker. 2. Organization Of The Workplace And Guidance Of Work Tasks, As Well As Support And Guidance Provided By A Social Worker. 3. Organization Of The Workplace And Guidance Of Work Tasks, As Well As Work Provided By A Social Worker And A Service That Maps Functional Capacity. Based On The Procurement, A Service Provider Register For Each Service Category Is Created For Each Sub-Area. The Welfare Region Of Ostrobothnia Accepts All Service Providers Who Meet The Suitability Requirements And Minimum Requirements For Procurement Into The Procurement System. In The Procurement Systems Internal Tenders, The Decision-Making Basis Is Quality, Max. 100 Points. Points Are Calculated By Service (Subarea). The Welfare Area Can Acquire The Service Of Rehabilitative Work Activities By Entering Into A Written Agreement On The Provision Of Rehabilitative Work Activities Services With A Registered Association, Registered Foundation, Government Agency Or Registered Religious Community. Note! According To Section 13, Subsection 2 Of The Act On Rehabilitative Work Activities (189/2001), Rehabilitative Work Activities May Not Be Obtained From The Company. Companies Cannot Submit An Application For Participation, They Will Be Automatically Rejected. The Service Provider Cannot Use Subcontracting For Services According To This Procurement.
