The Contractor Has A Commitment To Carry Out Design, Construction Activities And Execution Of Authors Supervision For The Site Redevelopment Of An Existing Building Complex For Social Care Into Complex For Social Services For Adults, In Upi V- For Health And Social Activities From Quarter 107 On The Plan Of The City Of Gabrovo-Ii Stage, Part I, Pi 14218.504.349 According To The Kkkr Of The City Of Gabrovo, Including The Necessary Functional Rearrangements Of The Premises In The Building, With The Relevant Installations And Improvement Of The Yard Space, According To The Approved Design Task. The Full Scope Of The Activities Is Detailed In The Design Assignment, The Technical Specification, The Draft Contract, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation. When Performing Construction Activities, The Contractor Shall Not Perform: Delivery Of Furnishings And Equipment Of Furniture And Equipment And Should Not Include Such An Expense In Its Bill Of Quantities. Only Installation Inspections For The Designed Furniture And Equipment Will Be Performed.
