The Logistics Department Of The Defense Forces (Hereinafter Procurement Unit) Is Requesting A Participation Application For The Procurement Of A Shell Sorting Device For The Defense Forces In Accordance With This Request For Participation And Its Attachments. The Object Of The Procurement Is A Shell Sorting Device. The Shells Are Shells Collected From The Shooting Ranges Of The Defense Forces. The Collected Lot Can Contain Shells Of Any Caliber. The Collected Cores Are Poured Onto A Platform Equipped With A Vacuum Cleaner, Where Most Of The Rubbish Etc. Is Collected. From The Platform, The Cores Are Fed To The Screen With A Chip Conveyor. In The Sieve, A Magnet Separates Steel Casings And Casings Larger And Smaller Than The Diameter Of An Assault Rifle Casing. The Sorting Equipment To Be Built Will Be Installed After The Pre-Screening Equipment In Place Of The Current Sorting Table, The Structure/Technical Solutions Must Be Based On Machine Vision And Possibly Artificial Intelligence Solutions. The Delivery Includes Acceptable Installation, Inspection Of Testing And Approval, Documentation (Spare Parts List, Structural Drawings And Circuit Diagrams, Approval Certificates) And Training. The Technical Specification Of The Procurement Object Is Presented In Its Entirety In The Request For Tender, But Its Annexes And The Installation Site Must Be Familiarized With The Premises Of The Defense Forces At The Time Specified In The Request For Tender. After Familiarization, You Will Receive The Attachments With You To Make An Offer. Familiarization Is An Absolute Requirement For Submitting An Offer. Persons Participating In The Familiarization Event Are Required To Have A Personal Security Clearance (Act On Security Clearances 726/2014) And To Sign Non-Disclosure Insurances. The Installation Personnel Of The Sleeve Sorting Device Have Access To The Premises Of The Defense Forces, Which Is Why The Winners Personnel Are Given A Personal Security Clearance And Are Required To Sign A Non-Disclosure Insurance.
