Changing The Use Of The Outbuilding Into A Workshop Building,3.1.2. Demolition Of Internal Partition Walls,3.1.3. Building New Partition Walls In The Building In Order To Separate Workshop And Teaching Rooms,3.1.4. Construction Of A Suspended Ceiling And Thermal Insulation Of The Ceiling With Mineral Wool, Gr. 20Cm,3.1.5. Reconstruction Of Windows And Replacement Of Existing Ones With New Ones,3.1.6. Execution Of New External And Internal Doors,3.1.7. Execution Of New Plasters, 3.1.8. Painting Rooms,3.1.9. Installation Of Tiles On The Walls Of The Sanitary Room, 3.1.10. Execution Of New Structural Layers Of The Floor, 3.1.11. Thermal Insulation Of The Floor With Polystyrene Gr. 10Cm,3.1.12. Laying Gres Tiles On The Floor, 3.1.13. Installation Of New Internal Window Sills,3.1.14. Execution Of The Band And Hardening For Access To The Building From Concrete Cubes In The Outskirts3.1.15. Construction Of New External Stairs And A Ramp For The Disabled, 3.1.16. Replacement Of Plumbing And Central Heating Installations In The Building,3.1.17. Replacement Of The Electrical Installation In The Building.3.1.18. Construction Of New Squares And Roads Made Of Concrete Cubes, Th. 6Cm Band Around The Building For Sidewalks, 3.1.19. And Concrete Blocks 8Cm For Roads And Maneuvering Areas.3.2. The Planned Investment Is Located On Plot No. 258/1 In Mieczysławów 2 - Precinct 0030 Wały. 3.3. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Building Permit Decision No. 219/2023 Issued By The Starost Of Kutno. 3.4. The Scope Of The Tasks Work Is Included In: Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Are Attached To The Swz. The Shared Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Material For The Contractors. The Works Should Be Performed, In Particular In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Order Documents.3.5. Additional Information Regarding The Subject Of The Contract:3.5.1. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Building Practice. The Offer Must Include The Costs Related To The Organization Of The Construction Site, Geodetic Services For The Construction Site - If Necessary, Ensuring The Management Of Works Directly In The Industries In Question, Include The Purchase, Delivery And Development Of All Necessary Materials, Performance Of Checks And Tests, Performance Of All Checks And Tests, And Collection Of The Required Document Rights. It Will Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor To Complete The Necessary Documents And Complete All Procedures. 3.5.2. The Offer Should Be Constructed On The Basis Of Materials With Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Design. The Bill Of Quantities Is Only Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Outlays Given In It Should Be Verified With The Project. This Obligation Rests With The Contractors. It Is Recommended That The Contractor, Prior To Submitting The Tender, Visit The Site And Thoroughly Familiarize Himself With The Scope Of The Contract. 3.5.3. All Costs Related To The Execution Of This Order Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. 5. Order Completion Date, Warranty5.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order Within A Maximum Of 80 Days From The Date Of Signing The Public Procurement Contract. The Contractor May Shorten The Order Completion Date By A Maximum Of 10 Days. Shortening The Deadline For The Performance Of The Contract Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating The Offer. The Shortening Of The Order Completion Date Is Specified By The Contractor In Days - In The Tender Form - Appendix 1 To The Swz, By Entering How Many Days The Order Completion Date Is Shortened In Relation To The Maximum Deadline. 5.2. The Contracting Authority Requires A Minimum 36-Month Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract. The Warranty Period Is One Of The Tender Evaluation Criteria. 5.3. The Contracting Authority Requires A Minimum 36-Month Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract.
