Acc Is Relocating Approximately 180 Staff From Two Sites Into One Fit For Purpose Space In May 2024. A Site Has Been Identified At 73 Remuera Road, Auckland Which Will Require A Full Internal Fitout Following Landlord Base Build Works. The Site Is 1735Sqm And Is On The Ground Floor Of The Building With Separate Entries For Public Customers And Staff. The Works Will Follow The Standard Acc Design Guidelines With A Core Focus On Accessibility For Both Staff And Public.
