Food Partnerships Help Build Resilience In Local Food Networks Through The Co-Ordination Of On The Ground, Food-Related Activity; Help Tackle The Root-Causes Of Food Poverty; Develop Citizen Action; Maximise The Effectiveness Of Projects And Ensure That Resources Are Targeted At Areas Of Greatest Need. Wrexham County Borough Council (Wcbc) Wish To Commission A Suitably Qualified Consultant To Undertake The Role Of Food Network Coordinator. The Food Network Coordinator Will Be Responsible For: Leading The Work To Formally Establish A Wrexham Food Partnership For The Wrexham County Borough; Facilitate Meetings Of The Partnership; Map The Local Food System, Including Current Provision For Those Affected By Food Poverty; Provide Update Reports To The Council And The Funder For The Length Of The Contract; Support Development Of The New Anti-Poverty Strategy For Wrexham County Borough Council
