Assist The Guadeloupe University Hospital In The Management And Engineering Of Its Construction Project For The New Chug And Related Projects, For The Strategic, Administrative And Organizational Aspects. The Holder, On The Basis Of His Analysis Of The Technical And Administrative Elements Of The Operations, Assists The Project Owners Teams In Order To Guarantee The Timely Launch Of The Operations, To Steer The Project Actors And To Ensure The Proper Compliance With The Commitments Of These Actors. The Holder Will Come In Particular: To Support The Contracting Authority In Structural Decisions, To Provide Expertise On Operational Issues (Administrative, Contractual And Financial Engineering), To Assist In The Drafting Of Administrative And Contractual Documents, To Secure Procedures Through Contributions Adapted To Specific Requests According To The Progress Of The Project
