Shaft Diam.: 119.81 Mm 1.#Scope Of Work A.#Rebabiting Of 1 Number White Metal Sleeve Bearing As Per The Shaft Diameter And Above Clearances. The Dimension Details Are Available In Annexure-1 And Shall Be Confirmed With Dewa Engineer. B.#The Contractor Shall Collect The Bearing From Japs And Return Back After Rebabiting And Machining. Required Gate Pass Will Be Done By D Ewa As Per Gd Rules. C.#The Fabrication And Machining Work Shall Be Completed In Staggered Phase Within 5 Days Of Each Bearing, From Date Of Handover. D.#After Machining / Rebabiting Of The Sleeve Bearing, The Two Halves Shall Be Assembled, And Resultant Bore Shal L Be Measured, And This Shall Be Compared With The Shaft. Machining Shall Be Done As Required To Achieve The Required Clearance. E. #Inspection Report, Qc Report And Job Completion Certification Shall Be Submitted. F.#The Rebabiting Bearing Will Be Under Warranty For One Year From The Acceptance Inspection Date. G.#The Payment Will Be As Per Dewa Lpd Terms On Approval Of Service Entry.
