The System Will Include Payment Handling, Finance And Budget Management, Cash Register Management, Human Resources And Payroll Services, The E-Citizen Module Providing Insight Into The Status Of Settlements With The Union, Integrated With Banking Systems, Online Payment, Notification Of Waste Collection According To The Schedule And Arrears In Fees Purchase Of Info Kiosks For Customer Service. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Purchase Of A License For An Integrated Municipal Waste Management System Along With The Delivery Of Technical Infrastructure: Server With Infrastructure, Info Kiosks With Hardware (2 Pcs), Web Application 2) The System Will Include : Assessment, Handling Of Fees, Handling Of Finances (Keeping Separate Books For The Unit And The Body) And Budget, Recording Of Fixed Assets And Equipment, Cash Register Service, Hr And Payroll Service, Purchase Register And Vat Settlement, Sales Registration, E-Citizen Module Providing Insight Into The Status Of Settlements With The Association, Integrated With Banking Systems, Online Payment, Notification Of Waste Collection According To The Schedule And Arrears In Fees, Waste Management Monitoring Module, Including The System, Should Be Able To Integrate With The Rfid System And The Pszok Service Module, 3) Each The Module/Program Must Be Launched And Ready To Work By Clicking A Single Icon Of The Module/Program Without The Need To Run Intermediate Programs. Searching/Entering Information In The Dimension System For Each Of The Communes Must Be Done Without Launching Additional Programs And Without Indicating The Commune To Which It Applies. The Processes Are To Be Optimized For The Implementation Of The New System. 6) Implementation Of An Integrated System To Handle Municipal Waste Management By Installing The Above-Mentioned Of The System, Migration Of Data Indicated By The Ordering Party, As Well As All Other Activities Of The Contractor Aimed At Providing The Ordering Party With An Integrated System For Handling Municipal Waste Management For Use. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Required To Migrate The Database From The It Systems Operated By Existing Contractors (I.E. Contractors Who Operated It Systems In The Field Of Municipal Waste Management Before Signing This Contract) To The Database Version Necessary To Implement A New Integrated System For Municipal Waste Management In The Municipal Association Of Communes Of The Lubart w Land, Which Is The Subject Of The Contract, 7) Configuration Of An Integrated System For Handling Municipal Waste Management In Accordance With The Division Of Competences Of Users, Launching All Modules Specified In The Subject Of The Contract And Training Of Employees (Trainings Taking Into Account The Roles/Profiles Of A Given Group Of Users And Practical Familiarizing Each User With The Full Functionalities Of The System In Terms Of Specific Roles/Work Profiles In The It System Being The Subject Of The Contract). The Training Must Be Carried Out In Such A Number Of Hours That After Its Completion, End Users Will Be Able To Operate The Integrated System For Handling Municipal Waste In The Municipal Association Of Municipalities Of The Lubart w Land, Which Is The Subject Of The Contract, 8) Granting A Guarantee For The Period Of 18 Months For The Use Of An Integrated System For Handling Waste Municipal Councils In The Municipal Union Of Municipalities Of The Lubart w Land, Whose Task Is The Functioning Of The Above-Mentioned Of The System In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Ability To Conduct Business In Accordance With The Law In Force During The Warranty Period, 9) Provision By The Contractor Of Maintenance Services Aimed At Ensuring The Correct And Uninterrupted Operation Of The Integrated System For Handling Municipal Waste Management In The Municipal Association Of Municipalities Of The Lubart w Land In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of 18 Months, Which Will Start From The Moment Of Acceptance Of The System Implementation, But Not Earlier Than On January 1, 2025.10) Additional Services By The Contractor In The Field Of Maintenance Services Aimed At Ensuring The Correct Operation Of The Service Of Municipal Waste Management In The Municipal Association Of Municipalities Of The Lubart w Region Of The System In Accordance With The Needs Of The Employer For The Next Period Proposed By The Contractor (I.E.
